Afriqiyah Airways Flight 771 Crash Simulation and Causes

This simulation video highlights the factors that led to the crash of an Airbus A330-202 on May 12, 2010 when it was about 1,200 meters short of Runway 09 at Tripoli International Airport. The most significant of these factors was pilot error. The Flight 771 simulation also points out additional causes that should not be overlooked, including incorrect weather information, insufficient training on the part of the crew, and a similar incident that happened with the same crew in the same plane that wasn't reported.
