the screenplay for
The Last Duel.
The movie was directed by Ridley Scott and
tells the story of squire Jacques Le Gris
(Adam Driver), who is accused of raping
the wife of Jean de Carrouges (Matt
Damon). When the courts fail to deliver
justice, King Charles VI declares that
they settle their dispute in a trial by
combat.
