Tag Participation Agreement

This four-page document below was drafted by Tag Brother and lawyer Patrick Schultheis in January 1990, nearly eight years after the original game of tag had come to an end when the Tag Brothers graduated high school in June 1982. The contract outlines the rules of the game, which include no tag-backs and having to answer honestly when someone asks you if you're "It." The agreement also states that the game will not turn into the unruly spectacle that it became at the end of high school.
