The Promise Movie Trailer
The Promise follows a love
triangle between Michael (Oscar Isaac), a
brilliant Armenian medical student; Ana
(Charlotte Le Bon), a Paris-raised
Armenian; and Chris, Ana's American
boyfriend who works as a journalist for
the Associated Press. As seen in
The
Promise movie trailer, the story is
set against the backdrop of the Armenian
Genocide, which began in 1915. Though the
love triangle is fiction, the genocide is
a real event that most people have largely
been unaware of.
