Uprising is a documentary that
follows the rise and fall of the uprising,
which began on April 19, 1943. Initially,
the Germans had planned to liquidate the
Warsaw Ghetto in three days, but because
of the heroic resistance fighters in the
ghetto, it took the Germans more than a
month.
